Sac State Football returns to Hornet Stadium for its 2026 home opener against the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils. Join Hornet fans for the first home game of Sacramento State's inaugural FBS season and cheer on the Green and Gold.
The game featured Union Workers Appreciation, Black Excellence Night and post-game fireworks. Sac State won 52–0.
